Hospital Parking Information
Parking on site at the hospital is a significant problem, and we
are currently looking at ways in which we can improve parking
facilities for patients. We encourage you to use public transport
if at all possible. However, if this is not possible we recommend
that you leave plenty of time to find yourself a parking space. The
main hospital car park is located off Kempston road
Parking charges apply at both the South and North Wing
sites.
By Bus
Buses on routes 1 and 2 stop outside the hospital and the
Bedford Dart bus service can be booked in advance for your journey
to the hospital. Please phone 0845 6016164 for details.

By Train
The Silverlink train service runs from Bletchley to Bedford St.
John's station (five minutes walk from South Wing. There are steep
steps on this route). This service calls at Fenny Stratford, Bow
Brickhill, Woburn Sands, Aspley Guise, Ridgmont, Lidlington,
Millbrook, Stewartby, Kempston Hardwick.
Thameslink and Midland Mainline trains stop at Bedford station
which is less than a mile from the hospital's South Wing site.
