King's College Hospital is a major provider of medical and surgical
Neonatal Intensive Care in the South East of England.
The Neonatal Unit runs as a Level 3 Unit. This means
that care is provided for babies born at less than 27 weeks and for
babies who are seriously ill.
The Newborn Unit, supported by
WellChild,
is on the 4th Floor of the Golden Jubilee Wing, a new building
officially opened by the Queen in 2003.
When your baby is admitted you will be given a parent information
