The North Central London Perinatal Network is one of 24 Neonatal/Perinatal Networks across England and coordinates Intensive Care and Special Care provision for newborn infants in the London Boroughs of:

The Network encompasses the neonatal services at:
UCLH is the designated Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Neonatal Surgery and Cardiology is carried out at GOSH.
Through collaborative working across disciplines and organisations the Network aims to improve standards, users' experiences and access for the local population.
The North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is part of the North Central London NHS but part of the North East London Perinatal Network, with the perinatal centre located at the Homerton Hospital NHS Trust.
The Network aims to deliver a single neonatal service across the North Central London Perinatal Network. For parents this means that there will be a consistency in the way that services are provided and the information given. Staff on the all units will share clinical guidelines and information about babies if they are moved between hospitals using a common computerised data system.
The underlying aim of the North Central Perinatal Network is to:
'Improve standards and achieve capacity so that women and babies may be cared for within the Network'.
