Network Board and Sub Groups Information and Meetings

A Network Board and its Sub -Groups lead the Network.

Networks plan and oversee the future development of Neonatal Services in London, taking into account the health needs of the local population and targets set by the London Perinatal Steering Group,

The Network Board Sub-Groups cover the key functions that the Network needs to focus on to deliver its objectives. Effective communication both within the Network and between the Network and its many stakeholders (e.g. users, staff, organisations, commissioners, other neonatal networks) is a shared responsibility of all Network Board members. Sub-Groups also have a communication role and the Sub-Group structure itself provides an important mechanism for communicating with stakeholders.
