Guidelines and Information

Clinical Guidelines from Surrey and Sussex Network Hospitals

These guidelines have been provided by Neonatal Units across the Surrey and Sussex Perinatal Network. They are not official "network guidelines" (unless indicated), but are available to facilitate learning and sharing of good practice across our network. They are only for professional use by staff to guide practice, and are not deemed to be mandatory, comprehensive nor necessarily applicable to individual situations. They may also contain apparent differences and conflicting information and recommendations, reflecting the complex nature of interpretation of evidence and medical practice. The network assumes no responsibility for the content. Guidelines are listed by groups.

Any comments about guidelines should be addressed to the originating individual / unit. Newer versions of guidelines should be forwarded on to either Vanessa Attrell or Peter Reynolds for upload to this site. Updating and archiving remain the responsibility of the originator.
